The Habitat Heartbeats project uses the MonitorMyWatershed.org data portal to provide real-time updates of oyster valve gape data. The three field deployment sites are at a surface and a bottom mooring at Los Penasquitos Lagoon, as well as the FLUPSY station in the San Diego Bay. The data sent to the data portal are a subset of the more detailed data stored onboard the data loggers in the field.
